541.051 AGGRAVATED TRESPASS.
   (a)   (1)   No person shall enter or remain, including the the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle or unmanned aircraft system, on the land or premises of another with purpose to commit on that land or those premises a misdemeanor, the elements of which involve causing physical harm to another person or causing another person to believe that the offender will cause physical harm to that person.

      (2)   No person shall enter or remain on a critical infrastructure facility with purpose to destroy or tamper with the facility.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of aggravated trespass. Aggravated trespass in violation of subsection (a)(1) of this section is a misdemeanor of the first degree. Aggravated trespass in violation of subsection (a)(2) of this section is a felony to be prosecuted under
appropriate state law. (ORC 2911.211)
   (c)   As used in this section:
      (1)   “Unmanned aerial vehicle” and “unmanned aircraft system” have the same meaning as in Section 511.01 of the Codified Ordinances.
