539.05 STRIKEBREAKERS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person who customarily and repeatedly offers himself for employment in place of the employees involved in a labor dispute shall take or offer to take the place in employment of any employee involved in a labor dispute. (Ord. 7511. Passed 7-14-71.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
