   539.04 EMPLOYING STRIKEBREAKERS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person involved in a labor dispute shall, directly or indirectly:
      (1)    Employ in the place of an employee involved in such dispute, any professional strikebreaker, nor
      (2)    Contract or arrange with any other person to recruit, procure, supply, or refer professional strikebreakers for employment in such dispute.
         (Ord. 7511. Passed 7-14-71.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
