531.99 PENALTY.

Any minor violating the provisions of this chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with the Juvenile Court law and procedure. Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating this chapter shall, after having been previously notified under Section 531.05, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each offense. Any person convicted of violating Section 531.03 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each offense.
