   521.10 PROHIBITED SWIMMING PLACES.
   (a)   No person shall swim, wade or bathe in the Miami River, Ford Canal or in any other stream in the City except for emergency purposes.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
