509.11 ANNOYING NOISES.
(a) No person shall cause any great annoying noise in the streets or elsewhere within the City, by the blowing of horns or sirens, the ringing of bells, through the operation of sound amplifying devices, by outcry of any kind, or by any other means, whether for the purpose of crying wares or for any other purpose, in such a way as to disturb the quiet or to annoy other persons. (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
