507.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Anyone over the age of eighteen who violates Section 507.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree on all offenses.

   (b)   A juvenile offender under the age of eighteen who violates Section 507.03 shall be prosecuted as may be appropriate under Ohio R.C. Chapter 2151 (Juvenile Court Code).

   (c)   Whoever violates Section 507.04 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (d)   Whoever violates Section 507.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A juvenile offender under the age of eighteen shall be prosecuted as may be appropriate under Ohio R.C. Chapter 2151 (Juvenile Court Code).
