507.01 ILLEGAL DISTRIBUTION, PURCHASE, POSSESSION OR USE.

The distribution, purchase, possession and use of cigarettes or other tobacco products within the City shall be regulated by the provisions of Sections 507.02 through 507.06 and 507.99. (Ord. 87-9-77. Passed 9-9-87.)
