371.99 PENALTY.

Any pedestrian who violates Sections 313.01, 371.01, 371.04, 371.05, 371.08 and 371.10 shall be fined not more than ten dollars ($10.00) effective March 30, 1992; any pedestrian who violates Sections 313.03, 313.05 and 371.03 shall be fined not more than fifteen dollars ($15.00) effective March 30, 1992.
