351.13 PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.

(a) No person shall park any truck, trailer or semi-trailer upon any street in a residential area between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.

(b) This prohibition shall not apply to commercial vehicles on regular delivery or service calls or to commercial vehicles with less than 4,000 pounds gross weight.

(c) An area shall be considered a residential area if a majority of the buildings in the area are single or multiple-family residences. (Ord. 6182. Passed 7-13-60.)
