The fire marshal shall inspect the place of public assembly or location to be used for any of the events noted in § 112.01 of this chapter, and if, in his opinion, the place of public assembly or location is not adequate for the event for which the license is required, he shall file a written report with the owner or proprietor that the place of public assembly or location is not adequate or suitable for this purpose and a copy of his report will be filed with the police chief.
