§ 90.01 PROHIBITED LOCATIONS FOR HOUSING.
   No person shall erect, use, or maintain any building or structure for housing domestic animals or fowl which is located within 50 feet of a dwelling house.

§ 90.02 RATPROOFING.
   No person shall erect, use, or maintain any building or structure for housing domestic animals or fowl unless the same shall be effectively ratproofed in accordance with such rules and regulations prescribed for that purpose by the director of health.
