§ 90.04 EXCEPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any doghouse used for keeping a dog as a house pet nor shall the provisions of §§ 90.02 and 90.03 of this chapter apply to any building or structure that is used or maintained for housing domestic animals or fowl when located on a farm consisting of 3 or more acres.
