5.16.090: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 513 § 9, 1986)
