5.12.090: CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES:
Retailers holding a valid wine by the drink license may sell wine for consumption on the premises only. Retailers who do not possess a valid wine by the drink license, shall not permit consumption of wine on the licensed premises but may sell the wine only in its original unbroken container. Wine sold for consumption or dispensed on the licensed premises may be sold, consumed or dispensed pursuant to the laws of the state. Wine sold by the retailer for consumption off the premises of the retailer may be sold only during the hours that beer may be sold pursuant to the laws of the state.
