2.40.010: PURPOSE:

The city of Hailey finds that the establishment of the Hailey urban renewal agency furthers the purposes and goals found in the Idaho urban renewal law of 1965 1 and the local economic development act 2 and that the establishment of this chapter will further the administration of the Hailey urban renewal agency and will assist in accomplishing the purposes and goals of the Idaho urban renewal law of 1965 and the local economic development act. 2.40.020: ESTABLISHMENT:

Pursuant to Hailey resolution 2010-02 and the findings of the Hailey city council as prescribed in Idaho Code section 50-2005, the Hailey city council has created the Hailey urban renewal agency. The Hailey urban renewal agency shall consist of a board of commissioners consisting of not less than three (3), nor more than nine (9) commissioners. (Ord. 1081 § 1, 2011)
