No personal property acquired or purchased in a transaction described in section 5.28.010 of this chapter and subject to the requirements of section 5.28.030 of this chapter shall be sold or otherwise disposed of prior to expiration of ten (10) working or business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) following the day on which such personal property was acquired or purchased.
