§ 20-365  PENALTY.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required in this chapter.
   (B)   It is unlawful for a parent of a child or the guardian of a ward to authorize or knowingly to permit any child or ward to violate any provision of this chapter.
   (C)   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to authorize or knowingly to permit any vehicle registered in his, her or its name to be driven or to stand or to be parked in violation of any provision of this chapter.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter or performs any unlawful act, as defined in this chapter, or fails to perform any act required in this chapter, is guilty of an offense against the city, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 12-34 of this code.
