The enforcement of this subchapter shall be regulated in accordance with the following, of which a copy will be on file at City Hall in the office of the City Secretary.
(A) It is hereby adopted the “Minimum Standards for Day Care Centers” as published in Chapter 746, Department of Family Protective Services section of the Texas Administrative Code.
(B) Texas Department of Health, Division of Food and Drugs, Rules on Food Service Sanitation, Rules 229.161-171.
(C) Rules on Texas Food Establishments, Rules 229.231-239.
(D) Tex. Health and Safety Code, §§ 341 through 365 and any other pertinent state or local health and sanitation regulations.
