§ 22.00  RENTAL OF ATHLETIC FIELD AND EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Use and custodial fees.
      (1)   For non-city leagues, a non-refundable registration fee will be charged as follows:
 
6 weeks
$100 per team
8 weeks
$125 per team
10 weeks
$150 per team
 
      (2)   For city leagues, there will be a $285 fee per team for an eight to ten game schedule.
      (3)   For tournament play, use fees shall be $60 for each field used during the tournament and a $50 non-refundable custodial fee per tournament. A $100 refundable deposit shall be required from each individual or tournament applicant in case of any damage that may occur to city property or equipment. Failure to comply with any or all of the provisions set forth may result in automatic forfeiture of deposit. It is understood that compliance with all terms and provisions will be required. A rate of $10 per hour will be charged for use of the ball field lights.
   (B)   The city will make every effort for non-profit organizations to provide concessions during league and/or tournament play.
   (C)   Admission charges are prohibited. Rules forbidding citizens from bringing food and drinks into the park are not allowed. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
   (D)   The fees set forth in divisions (A) through (C) above apply to all athletic fields, but not limited to, baseball, soccer, football, and softball fields available in the city public park and recreation area.
