§ 10.00 SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS PERMIT FEE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any “sexually oriented business” in the city of Gun Barrel City without first having obtained a business permit therefor from the City Council. The annual fee for such permit shall be $200.
