The City Secretary is authorized to collect an occupation tax for each location on which a coin- operated game machine is owned or operated, to-wit, the sum of $15 per machine for each permit issued and like sum for each renewal thereof. This tax shall be paid in full and shall not be prorated. The term of such permit shall run concurrent with the state license or permit.
