(A) Any person who violates any provision of these subdivision regulations shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250. Each transaction in violation of any of the provisions hereof, and each day such violation exists, shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of these subdivisions regulations, or who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city shall be filed on in district court with the purpose of restraining and enjoining the violation of these subdivision regulations.
