The maximum number of occupants of a manufactured home shall be limited to the number determined on the basis of the square feet of floor area of habitable space, exclusive of habitable space used for cooking purposes, in accordance with the following:
(A) For one or two occupants, 150 square feet;
(B) For three occupants, 250 square feet; and
(C) For each occupant thereafter, 80 additional square feet.
