(A) It shall be the duty of the Building Official to enforce all laws and provisions specified in the Standard Housing Code.

(B) The Building Official in the discharge of his official duties, and upon proper identification, shall have authority to enter any building, structure, or premises at any reasonable hour. If such entry, as provided in this division, is refused, the Building Official shall have recourse to every remedy provided by law to secure entry.
