§ 116.06 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   Representatives of the city (that is, inspector or law enforcement personnel) shall have the right to enter upon the premises of any operations regulated hereby at reasonable times, for the purpose of insuring that this chapter is being complied with by the permittee and the successors or assigns of permittee.
   (B)   If such entry is refused, the inspector or law enforcement personnel shall have recourse to every remedy provided by law to secure entry.
