Before any permit shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter:
(A) The applicant for a peddler permit or seasonal food permit shall pay a fee as provided for in § 9.00 of the Fee Schedule found in Appendix 1 of this Code.
(B) The applicant shall also obtain all inspections and permits required under any ordinance or regulation of the city or the Gun Barrel City Municipal Health District (GBCMHD).
(C) Notwithstanding section (A) above, if an individual shall establish that he or she is engaged in interstate commerce, such individual shall not be required to pay any fee established by this section. Some form of proof or documentation must be presented from the corporate office or headquarters.
(D) Only by direction/approval of the City Manager, can fees be waived in this chapter.
