It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor, mobile food establishment, temporary food establishment or seasonal food establishment to engage in business within the city without first obtaining a peddler’s permit from the Chief of Police as provided in this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any special event to occur upon public property within the city without first obtaining a special event permit from the Chief of Police as provided in this chapter. There may be up to a 72 hour turn around on all permits issued.
