§ 110.01 FEES ON STATE PERMITS AND LICENSES; DURATION.
   The one-year and two-year fee for businesses having a state alcoholic beverage permit or license shall be an amount equal to one-half the state fee for each permit or license issued for selling, brewing, distilling, manufacturing or distribution of alcoholic beverages. The City Treasurer sends letters and collects the fee for each permit or license issued. The term of such permit shall run concurrent with the state license or permit.
