§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   An offense under §§ 92.35 through 92.40 of this chapter is punishable by a fine of not more than $2,000 and, upon a first conviction, not less than $50.
      (2)   The minimum fine established in division (B)(1) of this section shall be doubled for the second conviction of the same offense within any 12-month period and tripled for the third and subsequent convictions of the same offense within any 12-month period. At no time shall the minimum fine exceed the maximum fine established in division (B)(1) of this section.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions or terms of §§ 92.50 through 92.53 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subjected to a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 for each offense. Each day a violation exists shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense. The penalty provided herein shall be in addition to any other remedies the city may have under city ordinance and/or state law. Nothing herein shall prohibit the city from taking administrative or civil action as may be permitted by law.
