The requirements of garbage containers to be picked up in the city shall be as follows:
(A) All garbage must be totally contained in disposable or non-disposable containers.
(B) Non-disposable containers must be covered.
(C) No container shall exceed the capacity of the waste management disposable bag or the non- disposable poly cart. No container will be picked up unless it is furnished through waste management.
