(A) All facilities provided by a concessionaire or person conducting a special event shall be properly permitted, inspected by the appropriate city inspector and certified with respect to compliance with such city requirements, as necessary prior to operation.
(B) The Building Official, Fire Marshal, Health Inspector, or designees, as well as police officers acting within the scope of official duties shall have the right to entry at all times to any building, structure, concession exhibit, show, or other facilities located in a public park and recreation area and utilized by persons operating concessions or conducting special events in public parks or recreation areas.
(C) The officers have the authority to cite any concessionaire or person conducting a special event for violation of this code and to cause the immediate closure or removal of any construction, use, occupancy, or condition which constitutes an imminent hazard to public health, safety, or welfare.
