§ 36.26 CONTRIBUTIONS TO FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Chief has the authority to accept contributions to the City Volunteer Fire Department. Such contributions shall be used for the purpose of equipment or property for use by the City Volunteer Fire Department. All contributions shall be made of record and such records made available to the Mayor or City Council upon request.
   (B)   Any contribution of fire fighting equipment or contributions of personal or real property to the Volunteer Fire Department shall become the property of the city.
   (C)   Any contracts entered into by the present Volunteer Fire Department of the city are hereby assigned to the new Fire Department created by this subchapter.
