(A) It shall be composed of personnel who have volunteered to join the organization and whose application for membership has been accepted and who have complied with the rules, regulations and orders provided for the conduct and control of members thereof.
(B) It shall be composed of a number to be determined by the Chief of Police.
(C) Reserves who do not complete at least one year of service will be required to reimburse the city for the physical examination.
