§ 152.21 NEW OR REPLACEMENT MANUFACTURED HOME.
   Any manufactured home, either newly placed or a replacement for an existing manufactured home, shall not be older than five years from the year of manufacture and shall meet all housing and urban development standards for habitation as a manufactured home.
