§ 72.07 SIGNS; FAILURE TO POST.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall clearly post signs on certain roads within the city, as determined by the Chief of Police to be those roads most often used by heavy vehicles, to give notice of the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   No person shall be charged with violating the provisions of this chapter unless appropriate signs are posted.
