§ 72.04 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HEAVY VEHICLE. Any and all truck tractors, van trailers, tractor trailers, semitrailers, livestock trailers, house trailers, pole trailers and/or any motor vehicle designed or operated for the transportation of property.
