§ 110.04 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE OR PERMIT; APPLICABILITY; RENEWAL.
   Every license or permit required under this chapter shall be issued by the Borough Manager, and the fee therefor shall be as set by resolution of the Borough Council from time to time. Provided, any license issued under the provisions of § 110.02 shall apply to as many of the types of shows or mechanical rides mentioned in that section as are conducted on the same premises by the person to whom such license is issued. Provided, further, it shall be unlawful to continue to conduct any activity or to operate any type of mechanical ride for which a license or permit is required under this chapter after the expiration of any such license or permit without first having renewed such license or permit for the additional period of time for which the same shall be required, and without first having paid the fee as set by resolution of the Borough Council from time to time.
