§ 54.049 INDIVIDUAL WELLS AND PRIVATE WATER SYSTEMS PROHIBITED.
   No person, partnership or corporation owning property within the borough, which is now or which hereinafter may be connected to the borough water system, will be permitted to establish an individual well or private water system for the supplying of water for human use and consumption.
