16.21.120 Watercourses.
   The subdivider shall dedicate right-of-way for storm drainage conforming substantially to the lines of any natural watercourse that traverses the subdivision, or at the option of the Planning Commission, the subdivider shall provide by dedication further and sufficient easements or constructions or both, to dispose of such surface and stormwater.
