15.04.1310 Modifications to California Referenced Standards Code 2007 Edition.
   A.   Section 12-1-101.11 Application, is amended by the addition of the following: Any appeal regarding a provision of the California Referenced Standards Code, whose enforcement is the responsibility of the City of Gridley, shall be appealed to, and administered by, the Board of Appeals as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter.
