15.04.1210 Modifications to California Existing Building Code 2007 Edition.
   A.   Section A101 Purpose, is amended by the addition of the following: Any appeal regarding a provision of the California Existing Building Code, whose enforcement is the responsibility of the City of Gridley, shall be appealed to, and administered by, the Board of Appeals as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter.
