A. Table No. 1-1 Schedule of Fees, has been amended to read as follows: The fee amounts for services listed in this table are indicated in the City of Gridley Master Fee Schedule.
B. Section 102.2 Duties and Powers of the Authority Having Jurisdiction, is hereby amended as follows: Any appeal of a decision made or action taken by the Authority Having Jurisdiction shall be appealed to the Board of Appeals as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter. The regulations adopted by said Board shall apply to all appeals under the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code.
