A. Section 713.4 Sewer Required, is amended to read as follows: The public sewer may be considered as not being available when such public sewer or any building or any exterior drainage facility connected thereto is located more than two hundred (200) feet (60.8m) from the property line of a lot or premises, that abuts and is served by such public sewer, on which a building or exterior drainage facility is proposed.
B. Appendix Section 102.2 Duties and Powers of the Authority Having Jurisdiction, is amended as follows: Any appeal of a decision made or action taken by the Authority Having Jurisdiction shall be appealed to the Board of Appeals as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter. The regulations adopted by said Board shall apply to all appeals under the California Plumbing Code.
C. Appendix Section 103.4.1 Permit Fees, is amended to read as follows: The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be as indicated in the City of Gridley Master Fee Schedule.
