A. Appendix Section 110.0 Board of Appeals, is amended as follows: the Board of Appeals which is the subject of this section shall be the same body as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter. The regulations adopted by said Board shall apply to all appeals under the California Mechanical Code.
B. Appendix Section 115.0 Fees, is amended to read as follows: The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be as indicated in the City of Gridley Master Fee Schedule.
