A. Section 103.3 Board of Appeals, is amended as follows: The Board of Appeals which is the subject of this section shall be the same body as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter. The regulations by said Board shall apply to all appeals under the Uniform Sign Code.
B. Table 4-B - Projection of Signs, is amended to specify that no minimum clearances are required for projecting signs that are constructed on private property except those clearances mandated by applicable zoning regulations, and in areas of pedestrian and vehicular traffic regulated by the California Building Code.
