A. Section 103 Scope, is amended by the addition of the following: When the provisions of Uniform Housing Code conflict with the State Housing Code or the Gridley Municipal Code, the provisions of the State or Municipal code shall prevail.
B. Section 203 Housing Advisory and Appeals Board, is amended as follows: the Board of Appeals which is the subject of this section shall be the same body as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter. Appeals under this section shall be processed in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 1201 of the Housing Code, and, to the extent they are not inconsistent with the Housing Code, the regulations adopted by said Board pursuant to Section 15.04.100 of this chapter shall also apply.
