A. Section 102.1 General, is amended by the addition of the following: When the provisions of this code conflict with the California State Housing Codes or the Gridley Municipal Code, the provisions of the State or Municipal codes shall prevail.
B. Section 103.6 Fees, is amended to read as follows: The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be as indicated in the City of Gridley Master Fee Schedule.
C. Section 111 Means of Appeal, is amended as follows: the Board of Appeals which is the subject of this section shall be the same body as established in Section 15.04.100 of this chapter. The regulations adopted by said Board shall apply to all appeals under the International Property Maintenance Code.
