A violation of any provision of this chapter, an industrial wastewater discharge permit, or order issued hereunder, or any other pretreatment standard or requirement is hereby declared a public nuisance and may be corrected or abated as directed by the Director of Public Works. Any person(s) creating a public nuisance shall be subject to the provisions of the Gridley Municipal Code Chapter 8.10 (Sections 8.10.090-8.10.120 inclusive), governing the abatement of nuisances.
