13.06.320 Reports of Changed Conditions

   A.   Each user must notify the Director of Public Works of any planned significant changes to the user's operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its industrial wastewater at least ten (10) days before the change.

   B.   The Director of Public Works may require the user to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of an industrial wastewater discharge permit application under Section 13.06.170 of this chapter.

   C.   The Director of Public Works may issue an industrial wastewater discharge permit under Section 13.06.190 of this chapter or modify an existing industrial wastewater discharge permit under Section 13.06.230 of this chapter in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.

   D.   For purposes of this requirement, significant changes include, but are not limited to, flow increases of ten percent (10%) or greater, and the discharge of any previously unreported pollutants.
